Sea salt Chocolate Stroopwafels
A nice way to give some extra calories to your Stroopwafels .Yum!!!

75g dark chocolate 72%
115g double cream
50g unsalted butter
Sea salt to sprinkle Preparation method
Heat the double cream in a heavy-based pan until nearly boiling, then remove from the heat and add the chocolate. Leave for 30 seconds, and then stir until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy. Set aside, stir in the butter and cool slightly.
