Sausage rolls with coriander tzatziki

Ideal couch potato snacking

Preparation time 45 minutes
Serves 4

For the rolls
2 cups flour, self raising
80g cold salted butter
½ cup milk
1 medium sausage without
3 tbs tomato paste
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 t.s grated ginger
½ tsp hot paprika

For tzatziki coriander
200g Greek yoghurt
5 gr fresh coriander
2 gr fresh parsley
1 clove garlic
100g cucumber grated and squeezed well
Salt, Pepper

Preparation method
1.Preaheat the oven to 180 C.

2.We mix in a bowl the tomato paste, ginger, soy, and hot paprika.

3.In the large mixing bowl of Kenwood Chef Sense we add the flour with the butter and the milk.By using the K beater we have very fast a dough that is not sticky to our hands. Roll the dough on a floured surface, in one cm thickness. Brush the surface with the tomato sauce and place the sausage on the edge. Roll carefully. Cut the roll in one finger thick slices and place them on a buttered baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes until they get golden brown.

4.For the tzatziki, in the food prossesor accesory of the Kitchen Chef Sense we add the coriander,parsley,garlic and we pulse few times.In this mixture we stir in the yoghurt, the cucumber ,and we season well .We serve the rolls with the tzatziki lukewarm .
